Primary Deployment Region
Most opportunities are in the Southeast U.S. (FL/GA/AL/MS/LA/TN/SC/NC and surrounding states). We occasionally support projects outside the region, but availability is more limited.

All applicants will go through a verification and onboarding process. We may request documentation and run background checks where permitted/required.

Minimum requirements
Identity + eligibility
• 18+ years old
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S
• Valid government photo ID
Availability + deployment readiness
• Ability to deploy primarily in the Southeast U.S. (travel required)
• Willing to work days/nights/weekends depending on mission and contract requirements
• Reliable communication (smartphone + email)
Transportation + safety
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to staging locations
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required
Professional readiness
• Dependable, punctual, able to work within a chain-of-command
• Comfortable working in field environments (heat, rain, long shifts)
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required
Preferred qualifications
Prior military service or first responder experience (highly preferred)
• CDL (if you’ll staff driving roles)
Experience in any of these
• Portable sanitation / restroom trailers / pump-outs
• Septic / wastewater operations
• Base camp / disaster response logistics
• Power / generators / lighting towers
• Fleet operations, delivery, installation/removal
• FEMA/ICS familiarity (ICS-100/200 is a plus)
• OSHA 10/30 (nice to have)
Background + compliance screening
Depending on role/contract, you can require:
• Background check authorization (criminal history)
• Motor vehicle record (MVR) check for driving roles
• Drug screening (if required by contract/site)
• Agreement to follow client/site standards and SOPs (sanitation, safety, conduct)
